CEV HIRES OFFICIAL PRESS OFFICER

The CEV

Luxembourg, October 20, 2004. The CEV is proud to present its newly appointed press officer, Ms Shelly BICKENDORF.

The 24-year-old German-born Brit, who graduated from Loughborough University (U.K.) in 2002, can already look back on many years of international experience in the sporting field, being an expert tennis player herself. She will now be able to combine her language abilities and writing skills by keeping the media and public up-to-date on European Volleyball. Her responsibilities include the publication of various CEV communications by editing press releases, booklets and newsletters, as well as the establishment of a regular communication channel between the CEV and its member federations.
