2017 CEV Snow Volleyball European Tour
Luxembourg/Salzburg, Austria, December 5, 2016. The 2017 edition of the CEV Snow Volleyball European Tour will be stopping in six different countries all over Europe and is therefore expecting a record number of athletes participating in this young, dynamic and energetic sport. After last year’s successful premiere and thanks to the close cooperation developed between the CEV and promoter Chaka2, the CEV Snow Volleyball European Tour will be taking place for the second straight year and fans can look forward to following the actions of their favourite players performing on snow.
This winter the European Tour takes place from late February to mid-April in six elite international skiing resorts around Europe. These host cities offer the most beautiful and breath-taking sceneries and perfect conditions for every Volleyball lover. The 2017 Tour will stop in the Czech Republic (Špindlerův Mlýn), Switzerland (Disentis), Slovenia (Kranjska Gora), Austria (Wagrain-Kleinarl), Liechtenstein (Malbun) and Italy (Kronplatz / Plan de Corones) with athletes from more than 20 countries expected to fight for a spot on the podium and the fictional title of ‘Kings and Queens of the Snow”.
