50 days to go for start of VELUX EuroVolley 2013
2013 CEV VELUX Volleyball European Championship - Men

Copenhagen, Denmark, August 1, 2013. The countdown clock for the start of the 2013 CEV VELUX Volleyball European Championship – Men hits 50 days today. More than 15,000 fans have joined the Facebook page of the Championship, some 800 are following the EuroVolley on Twitter and people from 31 countries have bought tickets for the historic final weekend at Parken stadium in Copenhagen.
With less than two months before the start local Managing Director Mads Bang Aaen is ready to welcome Europe’s best Volleyball players and fans: “We can feel that the Championship is getting very close now. The interest is growing day after day nationwide and internationally too. We are almost done with all the practical setup, so both players and fans will have a really pleasant experience at VELUX EuroVolley 2013 no matter whether they are going to Odense, Herning, Aarhus or Copenhagen where the matches are played in Denmark” he says and continues: “The ticket sale is going fine. We have just opened for more seats for the final four weekend in Parken due to the great interest from fans from all over Europe. I truly hope that we will create a fantastic atmosphere and make this Championship something to remember”.

The 2013 CEV VELUX Volleyball European Championship – Men in Denmark and Poland is scheduled for this coming September 20-29. Sport Event Denmark is VELUX EuroVolley 2013 partner.   Currently you can win tickets and accommodation for the final weekend in Copenhagen by answering a simple question on the VELUX EuroVolley 2013’s Facebook page available here
