Bank BPS Fakro and Omichka to battle it for CEV Cup final spot

Muszyna, Poland, February 11, 2013. In three days Poland’s Bank BPS Fakro MUSZYNA will be hosting Russia’s Omichka OMSK REGION for the second semifinal match of the 2013 CEV Volleyball Cup – Women. This past week in Siberia the first clash resulted in a drama that lasted for five sets and where the players of MUSZYNA eventually had the upper hand at the tie-break.
With these pre-conditions, the fans in Muszyna can barely wait for another showdown whose winner will play Fenerbahce SK ISTANBUL or Uralochka-NTMK EKATERINBURG in the last act of the competition. “I know that the second match with Omichka is going to be very difficult” Bank BPS Fakro head coach Bogdan Serwinski says. “We need to score another win to make it to the finals, so we really have to play our best. We are very much focused on achieving this goal”.
