Lokomotiv gears up for second round of Azeri derby
2013 CEV Volleyball Champions League - Women
Baku, Azerbaijan, January 19, 2013. After losing the first round of the derby with Azerrail, the players of Lokomotiv BAKU are trying to get well ready for the second showdown for the Playoffs 12 of the 2013 CEV Volleyball Champions League that is scheduled for this coming Wednesday, January 23.
“We lost the first match but this does not mean we’re not strong enough to make it to the Playoffs 6” says Lokomotiv head coach Giuseppe Cuccarini. “Azerrail is a very tough side but we’ll do our best to advance to the next round of the competition. We want to show our real potential and will play with glowing hearts to claim the second match as well as the eventual golden set” he stresses.
So, everything is set in Azerbaijan’s capital city for another memorable Volleyball night.
