Volleyball and football players join special action to help Kasia Mozdzen

Warsaw, Poland, November 14, 2012. A special campaign is being carried out in Poland to support Kasia Mozdzen, a 22-year old Volleyball player who is currently fighting against cancer. A special calendar was recently worked out by her friends from the club AZS BIALYSTOK who were joined by the members of the football team Jagiellonia to help her get the necessary medical treatment.
Mozdzen was born in Lodz and started her Volleyball career with the local club LKS LODZ. She stayed there until 2009 before she moved to another team of that neighborhood, Aleksandrow Lodzki. A talented outside hitter, a year later she joined AZS BIALYSTOK and celebrated her debut in the first division of the national league.
She spent one and a half year with this club and at the end of last year she returned to Lodz where she was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s disease.
The initiators of the calendar – Wiola and Gosia Wlaszczuk, Anna Mackiewicz, Michal Obrycki and Kamil Grykos – were joined by a series of Volleyball players who are featured in the photos accompanying you throughout the year 2013.
The Volleyball players starring as models are Ewa Cabajewska, Gosia Ciesla, Agata Durajczyk, Elena Kovalenko, Ola Kruk, Dominika Kuczynska, Ania Lozowska, Lucie Muhlsteinova, Dominika Sieradzan, Ksenia Sizova, Asia Szeszko and Gosia Wlaszczuk. They were joined by members of the Jagiellonia football club, namely Grzegorz Arlukowicz, Thiago Rangel Cionek, Tomek Frankowski, Rafal Grzyb, Tomasz Hajto, Tomek Kupisz, Maciek Makuszewski, Alexis Norambuena, Janek Pawlowski, Tomek Porebski, Grzesiek Sandomierski, and Ermin Seratlic.
The calendar is on sale for 30 PLN on the official online store of the Jagiellonia football club, on the official stores of Jagiellonia “Jaga Shop” and “Jaga Fan Shop”, before all home matches of AZS BIALYSTOK or can be ordered via e-mail at email@example.com
