Crvena Zvezda to be dressed by Asics for upcoming CL campaign
News from the clubs
Beograd, Serbia, September 11, 2012. The players of Crvena Zvezda BEOGRAD will be wearing for the coming season sportswear officially provided by Asics. This is the result of an agreement recently signed in Serbia’s capital city by the Secretary General of the club, Ana Avramovic, and by Dragoslav Jocic, the CEO of Univers Co., the company that markets Asics in Serbia. The cooperation agreement will be lasting for three years.
This sponsorship agreement testifies the successful follow-up of the plan “October 2012” that was launched a couple of months ago to attract the attention of companies likely to sponsor the club that will represent Serbia in the 2013 CEV Volleyball Champions League.
“Asics has been sponsoring numerous clubs and national teams, so I hope that we will pay back their trust by claiming some good results” said Ana Avramovic.
“I am sure that the players of Crvena Zvezda will be excellent promoters of our brand. We want to support athletes, especially those playing in indoor facilities, as we know the quality of our sportswear and shoes. I am glad with this cooperation agreement and hope we can help Crvena Zvezda go for some great results” added Dragoslav Jocic.
The official signature of the agreement was attended by the players of the Volleyball teams all wearing their uniforms branded Asics. Crvena Zvezda is the sole club represented in both genders in the 2013 CEV Volleyball Champions League, returning back to Europe’s top club competition with their men’s and women’s teams for the first time since 2004.
