Dinamo MOSCOW looks for revenge on Lokomotiv
2013 CEV Volleyball Champions League - Women
Moscow, Russia, December 4, 2012. Dinamo MOSCOW will be playing this Thursday Azerbaijan’s rookie Lokomotiv BAKU for its last home match in Pool F of the 2013 CEV Volleyball Champions League – Women hoping to reverse the outcome of the previous clash that was claimed in straight sets by the Azeri side. Quite interestingly these teams have suffered a defeat in the last round of their respective national league, namely to Dinamo KAZAN and Azerrail BAKU, and are hence even more motivated to deliver a good performance.
“We shall play with glowing hearts, very aggressively, and well-organized, especially in defense” says Russian star Natalya Obmochaeva (Goncharova). “We shall focus exclusively on this game and forget the mistakes we made in the past. If we play our best, we can win”.
“As we scored that home win in Baku, I am sure that Dinamo is very motivated to take its revenge” says Lokomotiv middle-blocker Corina Ssuschke-Voigt. “We shall play Volleyball the way we always do and I think we have good chances to upset Dinamo once more”.
