Azerrail to continue its campaign by hosting Polish outsider
2013 CEV Volleyball Champions League - Women

Baku, Azerbaijan, November 13, 2012. Azerrail BAKU will be playing on Wednesday its third match in the prelims of the 2013 CEV Volleyball Champions League as it plays host to Poland’s Tauron MKS DABROWA GORNICZA. This side is pretty familiar to Azerrail’s mentor Alessandro Chiappini, who last year coached Atom Trefl SOPOT along the way to claim Poland’s national league.
Chiappini says his players shall not take it too easy: “We shall not underestimate our opponent. We must fight for every single point and every set. I was satisfied with our last performance in the national league and I hope we can stretch that momentum” he says.
After two rounds Azerrail is ranked second in Pool D with three points, having started its CL campaign with a home win against DRESDNER SC before losing in straight sets to Eczacibasi VitrA ISTANBUL a week later.
