Luxembourg qualifies for SCD final round after edging Faroese girls
2012 CEV Junior Volleyball European Championship - Women

Tórshavn, Faroe Islands, January 14, 2012. The girls of Luxembourg join Liechtenstein for the final round of the 2012 CEV Junior Volleyball European Championship – Small Countries Division coming up next April in Cyprus after the players from the Grand Duchy claimed on Saturday afternoon the very last match on schedule for the qualifier that ran this week in the capital city of the Faroe Islands.
Luxembourg booked its trip to Limassol by edging the home heroines of the Faroe Islands in straight sets (25-9, 25-22, 25-14) with their supremacy never to be questioned apart from the second set where the locals were close to get the upper hand.  
Liechtenstein finished first in the group by sweeping all of their matches and by finishing their campaign edging Ireland 3:1 (19-25, 25-13, 25-21, 25-11).
