The CEV Entry Ranking is calculated by adding each player’s FIVB World Ranking points earned in best* six (6) of their last eight (8) events among all FIVB recognized/sanctioned events - FIVB Senior World Championships, FIVB World Tour Grand Slam, FIVB Open, CEV European Championship Final, CEV Continental Cup Final, CEV European Championship Masters, Challenger, Continental Tour & Zonal events (CEV Satellites, etc.), FIVB U19/21/23 World Championships, Continental Cup, CEV U18/20/22 European Championships and homologated National Tour legs over 365-day period from the date Entry points are calculated.
The FIVB World Ranking points earned from CEV European Championship Masters, Challenger, Continental Tour & Zonal events (CEV Satellites, etc.), FIVB U19/21/23 World Championships, Continental Cup, CEV U18/20/22 European Championships and homologated National Tour legs are included only if they improve a players standing.
* “Best” refers to the highest FIVB World Ranking points obtained.
